CREATE, DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT VK BRAND ACTIVATION EVENTS AT BUTLIN'S LIVE MUSIC WEEKENDS...
across the 3 Butlin’s Resorts in order to increase & reinforce the awareness of the existing VK brand portfolio and drive wet sales over an 18 month period; whilst enhancing the event experience for Butlin’s Live Music Weekend guests.
In addition, introduce to the market new VK product lines such as VK Cocktail Pitchers and VK Fishbowls
Action
- Product Launches including promotional flyers, POS, sampling events and promotional offers to introduce VK Cocktail Pitchers and Fishbowls to the market. The campaign strap line ‘it’s fun to share’
- Create brand sales priorities and develop key selling initiatives
- Ensures consistent messaging, imagery and quality service standards
- Maintain accountability for approved brand budgets inc planning, tracking and weekly business updates
- Manage in conjunction with venue - pricing, deals and promotions for assigned brands
- Develop, track, and report success of venue sales incentives
- Conduct regular sales meetings to educate and motivate venue
- Analyze brand performance and competitive information using several forms of intelligence
- Identify opportunities by channel, market, consumer, product or other for brand consideration
- Analysis of financial performance to influence strategic plans including pricing and promotions
- Perform as an effective and eloquent brand ambassador for both Butlin’s and Global Brands
